Its great to hear that you are feeling much more confident. Now that you have made it through your first full Oly, you know you can do it. This next one should at least feel a little easier. I am sure you will PR it


oohh...I can't wait to hear about St. George! You have good reason to feel ready and have put in the work!!

I have to admit, I am envious that you have beautiful Lake Mead to train in/around...I believe you will be ready for anything after running or biking those hills. And when I read your posts, I miss that area because it is so beautiful.
